All consultations are provided as-is, based on the information shared by the client, and tailored to the nature and scope of each engagement.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store or process your credit card details on our servers.

• Prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct and valid.

3. Booking Policy

• You are responsible for booking your session at a time that suits your schedule.

• All times are displayed in your local time zone for convenience, but it is your responsibility to ensure accuracy.

• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with session details.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. Please be aware of the following:

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this policy.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 full days) before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

• No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• If Daniel needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refunds (when applicable) are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

5. No Guarantees

While Daniel Tamas provides professional expertise, no results, outcomes, or guarantees are implied or promised. You acknowledge that business decisions and results are your sole responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared during consultations (including but not limited to strategies, ideas, frameworks, and deliverables) remains the intellectual property of Daniel Tamas unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any material without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

8. Liability
